    All sessions, exhibits, and the gala dinner take place at Fairmont Riyadh - a 30-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport.

  • Hotel rate, secured

    HTA has reserved a delegate room block at Fairmont Riyadh and adjacent hotels. Rate codes go out with your registration confirmation.

  • eVisa or invitation letter

    Most nationalities are eligible for the Saudi eVisa, issued in 24-72 hours. Need a formal letter for your embassy? Request one in your dashboard after registering.

  • Pre-booked airport transfer

    Sponsor and delegate registrations include a pre-booked airport transfer in both directions. Visitor passes can opt in at cost during checkout.

  • Dress Code

    Formal and semi-formal attire throughout the event. Modesty is appreciated for all attendees.
